DOWNTOWN NAMPA ASSOCIATION

Our business improvement district was formed in 1985 and has held a long tradition of serving downtown and our community through the development of community events, physical improvements and maintenence of our public spaces, and promoting local businesses. All members are encouraged to read our newsletter online to keep up-to-date on all things occurring in our historic downtown.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Our board of directors consist of 9 members within our BID boundaries and 2 ex-officio officers from the City of Nampa. Three positions are elected each year for a 3-year term. Leadership positions are elected from within the board each year. The elections take place at the annual meeting which begins at the start of our fiscal year in April. Each business is assessed votes based on their assessment rates. Please contact our treasurer for more election information.

BOARD MEETINGS

Is there an important issue you would like the board to address during our monthly meetings? Contact the Secretary to make an addition to our monthly agenda. All members are welcome to attend our regular meetings the SECOND TUESDAY of each month at 7:30am in the conference room of Schiller & Schiller located at 1202 - 1st Street South (abouve Uniglobe Travel). If you cannot attend our meetings submit your questions, concerns, or comments in writing via email or drop off your letter with the Secretary.
